How have you benefited from your service in the Navy Reserve?

The Navy Reserves has allowed me to proudly serve in the military while being close to home to enjoy my family, friends and community.

Why did you choose to join the Navy Reserve?

I joined the Navy Reserve because I wanted to serve my country while keeping my civilian job that I loved. I wanted the best of both worlds…military and civilian.  I love adventure and I felt the Navy Reserves could give me the opportunity for that and it did!

In my Navy…

In my Navy, many things have changed over the years, but it’s still about honor, commitment and courage.  Sailors continue to be proud to serve their country.
